ALP advises CCC Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited in respect of its divestment of 30% participating interest to Newcross Petroleum Nigeria Limited, an indigenous oil company. The transaction is aimed at facilitating exploration and development of OPL 276 onshore Niger Delta, Nigeria.
