ALP is appointed joint counsel to advise First City Monument Bank Plc (“FCMB”) on its proposed credit facility to an indigenous exploration and production company. The indigenous company is a marginal field licencee seeking financing for the development of a well construction of an 8km pipeline and the refinancing of an early production facility. The transaction is worth US$18.8M.
